Our journey commences at 10:00 in the morning as we pick you up from your centrally located hotel. Our ultimate destination is the enchanting Uzungol Lake, situated 100 km from the city center, with a travel time of approximately two hours. This lake, formed by the natural damming of the Haldizen stream valley due to a landslide, captivates with its scenic beauty surrounded by spruce forests.
As we embark on our tour, our first stop is the renowned knife section, showcasing exquisite handmade knives. Following this visit, our second stop takes us to a tea factory, where we delve into the tea processing procedures guided by authorized engineers.
Continuing our journey, we traverse the Uzungol waterfalls region, seizing the opportunity to capture the natural wonders through photographs. Next, we proceed to a restaurant for an optional lunch break, providing free time for both dining and exploring the lakeside surroundings. After this interval, we regroup and commence our return journey to Trabzon.
En route, we pause at the historic Kiremitli Bridge, constructed in 1935 and designated as a monumental work in 1996, for a brief respite. Following this short break, we make our way back to Trabzon, concluding the day’s memorable excursion.
