Can I book any products online?

Since reservations made online are prone to errors, we prefer to finalize your reservation via mutual e-mail or WhatsApp conversation. It is our duty to plan an unforgettable trip for you with the best planning, combining our advice and your wishes.

Can I book via WhatsApp?

Yes you can. You can get a quote or ask us your questions by notifying us of your requests 7 days a week between 9am and 9pm on +90 541 381 2223. Our goal is to respond to each query we receive within 12 to 24 hours.

Can I book this when I get there?

Daily tours can be booked even a day in advance, depending on availability. Our advice is that you finalize your tour or holiday plans at least a few weeks in advance. There may be a shortage of space, especially during high season periods.

How and when will I pay for the services I booked?

When you finalize your reservation, you can pay a deposit of 30% of the total amount by credit card. You can pay the remaining balance in cash after your arrival according to the reservation conditions. Your travel advisor will inform you about payment options.

What are the cancellation rules for these bookings?

Cancellation conditions may vary depending on the product you choose.

You can cancel daily tours without interruption until the end of working hours one day before the tour. If payment has been made, it will be refunded in full without interruption. Tour fees will not be refunded for tours canceled less than one day in advance.

If you cancel tour packages with accommodation for up to 8 people up to 7 days before the tour date, any payment made will be refunded in full. For cancellations made between 7 and 3 days in advance, a 50% penalty will be applied. For cancellations of less than 3 days, the full tour fee will not be refunded. If your domestic flights are booked by us, no refund will be made.

What languages are available for this tours?

The primary language for group and private tours is English. In group tours, the guide can bilingual and can explain in a different additional language other than English during the tour. If you require guidance in a different language than english, we recommend that you book a private tour. Please ask your holiday advisor.

Are we picked up and dropped off from hotels or addresses for tours?

Generally, tours include pick-up and dropp of to hotels. Although rare, we do not provide this service on some tours. Please read the description section on the tour page.

What days does this tour operate?

You can see the operating days and periods of the tours on the tour descriptions. Some tours are operating seasonally, some tours are not held on certain days according to museum working days. On days when group tours are not available, please request pricing for a private tour.

Are there different times of departure for this tour?

The times of departure or operation are found on the tour & activity information pages. Depending your accommodation can the time change a bit earlier or later. At booking for private tours we advise you the best suitable departure time.

I'm not staying in a hotel, what is the closest pick up point?

We pick up from private residences as well or you can provide the nearest major hotel to where you are staying, and enter these details as the pick up in your booking request.

Can I get dropped off after my tour to my hotel or in the city?

This depends on the travel service provider and will need to be asked directly to them on the day of the tour. Most travel service providers can drop you to a major hotel or city location, depending on their schedule on the day. You will need to check directly with them at the destination, prior to or on the day of travel.

Where is the meeting point for my tour?

Necessary information about the pick-up time and meeting point will be given during the reservation stage. Generally, you will be asked to wait in the lobby area at pick up time. On some tours, we can ask you to come to a nearby location.

Do I need a Visa or passport or are there any special health requirements for this tour? does not offer advice or information on visas, passports or health requirements. It is the responsibility of all travellers, regardless of the passport they hold, to check with the appropriate consulates to determine if any visas are needed. As these requirements are subject to change without notice, it is recommended that foreign visa, passport and health requirements are investigated prior to travel.

How is traveling in Turkey with small children?

Turkish people are as welcoming as ever and they especially love small children, they make a great fuss of kids. Turks are very “family orientated” people, locals are almost always eager to help you, and Turkish hospitality is world-famous. Anywhere you go you’ll see families dining together, often multi generation from babies and siblings, parents to grandparents etc. This means you and your small children will always be welcomed at any place.

Will electrical appliances work as normal?

Round, two-pin plugs are used in Turkey, the same as those used on the European continent. You are advised to bring your adaptors with you, as hotels rarely have (enough) adaptors.

Will my credit card be widely accepted?

Most places in Turkey accept credit cards. As a security measure, some banks will block transactions made in a different country so please inform your credit card provider of your travel plans. Please be aware that Diners and American Express cards are accepted in far fewer places than Visa or Mastercard. If an establishment does accept Amex, they may impose a hefty surcharge.

Is travel or medical insurance necessary?

No. It’s not requested to enter Turkey but Travel Protection plans and/or Medical Insurance are recommended for most travelers to help protect you and your trip investment. These usually include benefits such as Trip Cancellation, Trip Interruption, Emergency Medical and Emergency Evacuation/Repatriation, Baggage Delay, and more, just in case. Which currency is used in Turkey? What about US dollars or Euros?

The official currency in Turkey is the Turkish Lira, abbreviated as TL or TRL or TRY. The conversion rate against foreign currencies depends on international currency fluctuations and global economics. Foreign currency might be accepted at hotels or tourist shops or some tourist restaurants, but for the rest, you’ll need Turkish Lira. If you bring with you US dollars, Euros, or British pounds you can convert into TL at any Exchange office, bank, or major hotel. You can get the best conversion rates at the exchange offices in the city center. Please keep in mind that if you carry more than 10 thousand cash US dollars or its equivalent, you should declare it at the Customs on your arrival in Turkey. By the way, you can also use your credit card at many restaurants, shops, hotels, museums, and venues.

Are there licensed tour guides in my language?

Yes. There are over 10 thousand licensed tour guides in Turkey in every language you can imagine. Of course, some languages are considered as “rare” hence it might be difficult to find an available tour guide in that language in a specific period. But generally speaking, it’s possible to find one in your language.

Are there nice beaches or seaside to have a relaxed holiday?

At, we value transparency and therefore require our destination experts to provide links and photos for every accommodation they offer. The accommodation has offered has been filtered down to three main categories:

The “Luxury Option” is usually a 5-star hotel that provides a remarkably high level of service and comfort. However, certain Luxury trips may have itineraries where no 5-star hotels are available; in such cases, our experts choose the best available hotel for that location.

The “Comfort Option” is usually a 4-star hotel. This hotel level provides comfortable beds, room service, mini-bars, great guest service, and sometimes spa facilities. Please be aware that trips in a comfort version may contain the odd night in standard accommodation. For instance, if a Comfort accommodation is not available in a destination or park. Here too, we recommend that you always ask your Expert if you have specific expectations.

The “Standard Option” is usually a 3-star hotel. Our experts carefully select this type of accommodation. It is usually a smaller and charming (with a private bathroom) accommodation, which is often a family-run lodge, hotel, or hostel. A great way to meet the locals. Please note that Trekking and Safari campings are marked as “Standard”, also when staying in tents. When selecting this Option, you can always ask your expert for a mix and spend some nights in a Luxury or Comfort hotel. Should your itinerary include more basic accommodation or no private bathroom, it would be displayed below the daily description.

Simple and Basic. does not offer trips with Simple accommodation by default. However, when standard accommodation is not available, some trips might have nights in simple accommodation. This level usually comes with regular beds, and a small bathroom which may be located outside of the room. If there is electricity in the area, then it is available to the guests as well. Cold water might be the sole option in certain areas.

Finally, when no other options are available, the destination expert can recommend or include a night in a basic accommodation. For instance, when the tourism infrastructure is not available yet or when staying with a local family.
