Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully. They contain important information about your holiday contract.
1. Contract
Your contract is with Golfin Travel Limited trading as antalyadailytour.com, Zerdalilik Mah. Burhanettin Onat Cd. Begonya Apt. No 72/C 07100 Antalya/Turkey, referred to as “we” or “us” in this contract. A binding contract is only entered into when we issue a confirmation invoice.
By contacting us, and/or your travel agent, to make a booking you accept that you have the authority to bind all members of your party to these terms and conditions. It is essential that you check the travel details on the confirmation invoice and inform us immediately of any errors. Your booking is also subject to the conditions of carriage of your chosen airline.
1.1 TURSAB (Association of Turkish Travel Agencies)
We are a Member of TURSAB, membership number 8174. We are obliged to maintain a high standard of service to you by TURSAB’s Code of Conduct. We can also offer you an arbitration scheme for the resolution of disputes arising out of, or in connection with this contract. Further information on the Code and arbitration can be found on TURSAB’s website.
1.2 Pricing Tour Options
Golfin Travel Turkey provides a variety of travel options, tours, packages, and additional services, each offering three categories of hotel accommodations: 3-star, 4-star, and 5-star hotels, all meticulously selected from across Turkey. Prices are established in April and remain valid until the next update. If a deposit is received, the prices will be honored for bookings made outside this period.
1.3 Land Tours
Tours may be booked without hotel accommodation if you prefer to book your own hotel. We have given the name of “Land Tour” to this type of tour. Prices include all items mentioned under Included/Excluded lists, but exclude hotel accommodation, breakfasts and dinners. You will not be refunded for any of the services included in the tour which you do not use.
2. Reservation and booking procedure
2.1 Reservation
Having fully explored the Golfin Travel Turkey website and found a tour that suits you, simply complete the short booking form located at the bottom of each tour itinerary page or call or text on WhatsApp our office at +90 541 381 2223. We will check availability for your preferred date and respond by e-mail or WhatsApp/telephone. Once availability has been confirmed and you are happy to go ahead with the booking, we charge a booking deposit to your credit card. An e-mail confirming all the details of the tour, including the hotel name and domestic flights if booked with us, will be sent to you immediately. Most importantly, please ensure you send us your full name as per your passport so we can make your flight reservations correctly.
2.2 Deposits and Payments
Tour payments are divided into 2 stages. After your reservation is confirmed in the first stage, a deposit payment may be requested according to the conditions. In the second stage, depending on the product you purchased, the remaining payment is requested one week or earlier before the travel date. Payment terms will be presented to you at the booking stage.
2.3 Payment
Payments can be made via credit card or bank transfer. Visa and Mastercard payments will be charged in US Dollars or Euro. A 4% bank fee will be charged if payment is made via American Express. Other payment methods are free of fee charges. You may also contact us for other payment methods.
The full tour fee must be paid 14 to 7 days before the tour start date. If domestic flights are included in the tour package, the entire flight ticket amount may have to be paid in advance at the reservation stage. Please call for more detailed information. If full payment is not received by this date, the reservation will be deemed canceled and cancellation penalties will be applied. For tours that include domestic flight tickets, both the cancellation penalty and the full flight fee will be charged.
3. About prices
3.1 All B2B prices exclude 20% tax. 20% Tax will be added to these prices at the payment stage.
3.2 All B2B prices are net and commission-free.
3.3 Golfin Travel Türkiye may change B2B prices with prior notice.
3.4 Price changes or increases cannot be made for confirmed and finalized reservations!
3.5 Flight ticket prices are announced instantly and may change in subsequent inquiries.
4. Hotels Terms and Conditions
Some of our hotels and yacht tours have specific terms and conditions that differ from Golfin Travel Turkey’s general terms and conditions. For hotel accommodations for large groups (minimum of 10 people), different terms and conditions may apply based on the chosen hotel’s policies.
Prices and accommodation choices are always subject to availability. Golfin Travel Turkey hotel partners reserve the right to reallocate guests to accommodation within the same category if necessary.
4.1 Check in and check out
You may check into rooms between noon and 1:00 pm, depending on the hotel. If hotel rooms are available then we can help you to check in early, if not we have to wait till 2:00pm. You may use this time to take a walk, have a snack or do a little exploring. Generally check out must be before 12 pm.
5. Guarantee Prices
Our price guarantee ensures no increase in land costs once you have paid the deposit for your tour, protecting you from international currency fluctuations. Similarly, once you have paid for your domestic flight in full, the ticket cost will remain unchanged, even if airfares rise later.
6. Last Minute Bookings
The price of domestic flights may vary for last-minute bookings. Prices indicated are subject to flight availability and require a minimum of 4 weeks’ notice prior to the tour’s commencement.
Last-minute land tours will be arranged based on service availability. Prices will not change unless TravelShop Turkey needs to make adjustments or add extra services for last-minute bookings.
7. Discounts / Special Offers
Full payment is required at the time of booking for all discounted tours. When booking any of our tours in advance, please inquire about any available discounts.
7.1 Discounts for Children
Child discounts may vary from Accommodation to Tour services. You can get notifications about discounts by sharing the birth dates of your children during the pricing request.
7.2 Group Discounts
For groups of more than 8 people, please inquire about special group discounts. Accommodation can be arranged in single, double, and triple rooms, depending on the number of people and room availability. Note that during certain times of the year, group sizes will range from 10 to a maximum of 35 people.
8.Tour itinerary and inclusions
8.1 Tour itinerary
You can read the tour contents under “About this tour”. The order of the tour contents may change and the contents may be changed depending on weather conditions. Please check the tab “What else is important I need to know?”
8.2 Entrance fees
Although tours generally include museum and park entrances, some tours exclude entrance fees. Especially for group tours in Istanbul and Trabzon region, entrance fees are partially or completely extra. Please read the description under the Included/Excluded column! In private tours, entrance fees may be included or excluded depending on customer request.
8.3 Food and Beverage
Please check the Included/Excluded column for details on eating and drinking during the tours. If food is included, it is usually in the form of a set menu or buffet. If food is included during the tours, there is a Veg menu option and the customer must convey this to the guide. Please ask about special menus and themed restaurants for private tours. We will let you know the options.
8.4 Guidance and assistance
If group tours include museum visits, licensed English guidance is included. In some tours, assistance from an English assistant or captain is included. In activities, guests are generally hosted with the guidance and assistance of the driver. If the customer is assisted, our operation ensures coordination between the guest and the driver, even if the driver does not speak fluent English.
9. Passports, Visas and other essential documentation
It is your responsibility to ensure that all necessary passports are machine readable. You should also ensure that all necessary visas, international driving licences, vaccinations and other health documents are in order. All passports must have a validity of at least six months from your scheduled return date to your country.
You will generally need clear/clean pages for visas, as required, to be inserted. You must read all documentation that is supplied to you and ensure that all information contained within is correct. Failure to do so may incur amendment charges which are your responsibility. Some countries and airlines now require additional passenger information (API). We will inform you which countries require this information. This information is compulsory and is required by authorities. It is essential that all clients provide the API prior to travelling. Failure to provide this information may result in you being denied boarding for your flight. No refund will be permitted and any additional costs will be borne by the named clients.
10. Traveler insurance
Your holiday package with us does NOT include travel insurance and it is your responsibility to ensure you have adequate insurance cover. In accordance with normal industry practice, we will require you to have adequate travel insurance to provide accident and medical cover before your holiday departs. Such insurance should ideally be valid from the date of booking, be valid throughout the holiday duration and financially cover any probable loss through cancellation, amendment, accident or health related problems. You should ensure you are covered for all activities you are planning on your trip.
11. Special Requests
Whilst we will endeavour to comply with any special requests such as airline seating, diets and room requirements, we can only do so on a “goodwill” basis. As these are usually only provided at the discretion of the relevant supplier, we cannot guarantee. availability and cannot be held responsible if they are not provided.
12. Airport transfers
Travel packages include airport transfer service. You can also get airport transfers independently of the travel package. For airport transfers, our staff waits for a maximum of 75 minutes after the plane landing time for domestic flights and a maximum of 90 minutes for international flights. If the delay exceeds this time and is not notified to us with a valid reason, the vehicle will be separated and no show will be applied to the entire fee.
For return transfers, the specified time may be exceeded by a maximum of 10 minutes. Although longer delays are not accepted, if the guest does not comply with the sprint time, no show will be applied to the entire fee.
13. Complaints
If you have any feedback or issues regarding our services, whether before, during, or after the tour, please notify our Golfin Travel Turkey staff. We will strive to resolve the problem immediately. We take great pride in our service and will follow up with those who have raised concerns to ensure their full satisfaction. Your feedback is vital to us, as it helps us improve our services and enhance our professionalism and expertise.
14. Turkish Laws
During the tour, clients must adhere to Turkish laws. Golfin Travel Turkey is not responsible for any clients committing illegal acts. Please be aware that smoking regulations apply in all restaurants, clubs, and enclosed spaces, although some venues may provide designated outdoor areas for smokers.
15. Responsibilities / Consumer Disclosure Notice
Golfin Travel Turkey and its agents act solely as intermediaries for hotels, airlines, bus companies, ship lines, and other service providers. All receipts and contracts issued by Golfin Travel Turkey are subject to the terms and conditions of these providers. By accepting tour membership, receipts, contracts, and tickets, the tour member agrees that Golfin Travel Turkey and its agents are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage to person or property, or any other connection with accommodations, transportation, or other services. This includes, but is not limited to, acts of nature, sea incidents, fire, machinery breakdowns, government actions, wars, civil disturbances, strikes, theft, epidemics, quarantines, medical or customs regulations, defaults, delays, itinerary changes, or schedule alterations, and any other causes beyond Golfin Travel Turkey’s control. Furthermore, Golfin Travel Turkey is not responsible for losses or damages due to insufficient or improperly issued passports, visas, or other documents. Any additional expenses or liabilities incurred by the tour member due to such causes are also not the responsibility of Golfin Travel Turkey or its agents.
Golfin Travel Turkey is not liable for the actions or defaults of individuals or companies not directly under its control. Tour prices are based on tariffs and exchange rates at the time of printing and may be adjusted if these rates change. Golfin Travel Turkey reserves the right to substitute hotels with the best available alternatives and to make necessary changes to the itinerary due to airline schedules or other reasons.
