Before takeoff, guests will receive a welcome and safety briefing from the pilot and crew. Once onboard, the helicopter will ascend smoothly, offering breathtaking aerial views of Istanbul.
The flight begins over the Bosphorus Strait, showcasing the stunning contrast between Europe and Asia. Guests will fly over the Bosphorus Bridges, including the 15 July Martyrs Bridge, Fatih Sultan Mehmet Bridge, and Yavuz Sultan Selim Bridge, which connect both continents. Along the way, they will pass by the waterfront mansions of Kandilli and the historic fortress of Anadolu Hisarı.
Next, the tour moves towards the Historic Peninsula and the Golden Horn, where passengers will witness iconic landmarks such as Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque, and Topkapi Palace. The Grand Bazaar, with its labyrinth of shops, and the majestic Süleymaniye Mosque will also be visible from above.
Flying towards the European and Asian skylines, the helicopter will pass over Taksim Square and Istiklal Street, offering views of Istanbul’s bustling modern district. The medieval Galata Tower, the grand Dolmabahçe Palace along the Bosphorus, and the scenic Çamlıca Hill, the highest point in the city, will also be part of the experience.
If time permits, the route may include a flyover of the Princes’ Islands, known for their Ottoman-era mansions, lush forests, and serene beaches. Büyükada, the largest of the islands, stands out as a picturesque retreat from the city.
After approximately 30 minutes in the air, the helicopter will descend for landing. Guests will have the opportunity to take photos with the aircraft and the stunning skyline in the background.
The primary language for group tour guidance is English or multilingual available. Tours in languages other than English are available exclusively as private tours.
